As you browse, we also collect information about the pages or products you view, what site or search terms referred you to us and how you interact with the site. We refer to this collectively as "Device Information."

4. Payment & Security
Payments on Cozzymozzy are processed securely through Razorpay for customers in India and PayPal for international customers.
We use SSL encryption to protect data in transit and limit internal access to customer information to staff who need it to do their jobs.
6. Sources of Your Personal Data
Besides what you enter directly at checkout or sign-up, we may also receive your information through registration or contact forms, agreements you've signed with us or any details you've voluntarily shared with us by other means (for example, over email or WhatsApp support).
7. International Customers & Cross-Border Data Transfer
Cozzymozzy is based in India and the tools and partners we use to run the store may be located in India or other countries. If you're shopping from outside India, your information may be processed or stored somewhere other than your own country.
Wherever it's processed, we expect our partners to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy.
8. Data Retention
We keep your order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns or warranty claims and meet applicable tax and accounting obligations.
You can ask us to delete your account or personal data sooner, subject to applicable legal and contractual retention requirements.
9. Your Rights & How to Withdraw Consent
India's data protection law, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), along with its Rules, was notified in November 2025 and the Data Protection Board of India has since been established. The framework is being rolled out in phases through May 2027, so not every mechanism is fully operational yet.
As a matter of practice and as the law requires already or will require as it comes into force, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Delete your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual retention requirements
- Withdraw your consent for anything that relies on it, such as marketing emails or optional cookies
To withdraw consent
Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email, adjust your cookie settings in your browser or email us directly at support@cozzymozzy.com specifying what you'd like to withdraw.
Withdrawing consent doesn't affect processing we've already carried out or data we're required to keep for legal, tax, or order-fulfilment reasons.
EU, UK & similar data protection laws
If you're in the EU, UK or a country with similar data protection law (such as the GDPR), you additionally have the right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format and to object to or restrict certain uses of it, including profiling for advertising. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Your Obligations
- Please make sure the information you give us, especially your shipping address and any personalization details, is accurate and complete. We can't be responsible for delivery issues or errors on a personalized product caused by incorrect information you've provided.
- Please don't share someone else's personal information with us unless you have their permission or legal authority to do so.
11. Children's Privacy
Cozzymozzy sells products for babies and newborns, but the website itself is meant for use by parents, caregivers and other adults, not by children.
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, to reflect a new tool, a new partner or a change in the law, including as the DPDP Act's phased provisions come fully into effect.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
