Customers in India see all prices across our website in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers see all prices converted to their local currency on every page, including product pages, collections, the cart, and checkout, so the amount stays consistent throughout your shopping. The final total is always shown clearly before you pay

Care & Use

For best results, treat stains as soon as possible by rinsing with cool water and gently dabbing with a mild, baby-friendly detergent before washing as usual. Our pure cotton fabric is easy to care for, but we recommend avoiding bleach, harsh scrubbing and strong stain removers, as they can damage the fibres and fade colours.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests raised within the return window specified in our return policy, provided the product is unused, unwashed and in its original condition with original packaging, tags and accessories intact. As baby play mats are hygiene-sensitive products, items that show signs of use may not be eligible for return.

Please contact our support team at support@cozzymozzy.com with your order number and the reason for your return, within the return window. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it is eligible. If approved, we will guide you through the return process, including whether a reverse pickup is arranged or the item needs to be self-shipped. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund, exchange or other resolution as per our policy.
